If you are not fully happy with your retail purchase, we accept returns on qualifying items within 14-days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Store credits are issued as e-gift cards and can only be used toward our retail items. They cannot be redeemed for salon services. For online purchases, the return window starts from the marked date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please keep in mind that due to health & safety and the nature of some of our goods, not all products qualify for a return. The following items are final sale and do not qualify for a return for refund, exchange, or store credit. We appreciate your understanding.
