Policies

  • A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations/rescheduling of appointments. Appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24-hours of your scheduled time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Cancellations/rescheduling for groups (3+) require 48-hour notice.

    *If you have to cancel/reschedule during non-business hours, please send us an email. We will accommodate your cancellation/rescheduling request accordingly.

  • You can cancel/reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours prior (48 hours for groups of 3+) so that we are able to fill your spot with someone else on the waitlist. No-shows will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment

  • While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware that tardiness may lead to a shortened or forfeited appointment to avoid disruption to subsequent schedules. Kindly note that you are still required to pay the full price for the service.

  • Please email us with a photo of the nail art you'd like.

    We will review your request and get back to you with an estimate and availability. Please note, not all requested designs may be available to be done at our Tysons location. Thank you for your understanding as we get our new team fully trained up to NIB standards.

  • If you currently have gel on your nails, make sure you are also booked for a gel removal, as the removal process can take up to 15 minutes. We cannot remove acrylic nails, SNS, or dip powder.

  • Please fill out our intake form prior to your appointment. If you do not fill out the form in advance, you must arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to do so.

  • Effective March 9, 2022, in accordance with the CDC, we will no longer be requiring face masks to be worn for both clients and our staff. Face masks will now be optional. We will have face masks on-hand for anyone who would like to use one.

    Our staff members will continue to wear gloves during nail services and will wear a face mask during a service if requested by a client or if a client is at high-risk. If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or have traveled outside of the country in the past 2 weeks, we ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to navigate what is safest for both our clients and staff.

  • Upon entering our facilities, you must first wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds with soap and water before touching any polishes, products, or surfaces. After washing your hands, you may go to our polish wall to select the nail color of your choice.

    As a team, we are taking precautions by continuing our cleaning and sterilization practices listed below:

    • Employees must thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water upon entering our facilities, before & after each appointment, and wear gloves during services.

    • Highly tactile surfaces are continually wiped and disinfected.

    • Our implements are sterilized using a hospital grade autoclave.

    • Our pedicure bowls are sterilized using a hospital grade disinfectant.

  • After treatment, you are welcome to relax and unwind in our massage/facial waiting area for as long as you like. However, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.

    • Set your phone to vibrate: Please ensure that your phone is set to silent or vibrate mode to minimize disturbances to others. If you need to make or receive a call, we recommend stepping outside the waiting area to do so.

    • Refrain from conversations: As a courtesy to other guests who may be seeking a quiet space, please avoid engaging in loud or lengthy conversations while in the waiting area.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a serene atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. If you have any further questions or require assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • Please ensure that you submit the completed intake form before your appointment. If you are unable to fill out the form, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth process for your visit.

    • Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, microblading, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion treatments should be scheduled at least 2-3 weeks prior to your facial service.

    • Don’t exfoliate, wax, or apply RX-strength topicals 2 days before your service.

    • If you’re pregnant, we recommend you wait until you’ve reached 12 weeks.

    • After receiving services such as Gua Sha, it is possible to experience bruising, which will usually be gone within 1-2 weeks.

    • Clients ages 14 or older are eligible to receive facial services.

    • Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and support its natural healing process. This helps maintain a healthy complexion and aids in flushing out toxins.

    • Shield your skin from excessive sun exposure by wearing sunscreen with an appropriate SPF.

    • Use a gentle cleanser to cleanse your face and remove any impurities.

    • Apply a suitable moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and nourished.

    • Steer clear of harsh exfoliants, chemical peels, or other intensive treatments for at least a few days following your facial.

    • Please ensure that you submit the completed intake form before your appointment. If you are unable to fill out the form, please arrive at the store 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth process for your visit

    • If you have received Botox or filler injections, we kindly ask that you wait at least 48 hours before scheduling a massage appointment to ensure your safety and allow for proper setting of the injections.

    • If you are pregnant and scheduling a Prenatal Massage, please ensure that you have reached 12 weeks in your pregnancy. Additionally, we kindly ask that you fill out both the regular intake form and the prenatal intake form. These forms are necessary to gather relevant information and ensure a safe and tailored experience during your session.

    • After receiving services such as Gua Sha or Cupping, it is possible to experience bruising. BUT Don’t worry about it, usually it’ll be gone within 1-2 weeks.

    • Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the session and to prevent dehydration.

    • Allow yourself some time to rest and relax after the massage. Avoid engaging in strenuous activities immediately after to give your body time to rejuvenate.

    • Gently stretch into your routine to maintain flexibility and enhance the effects of the massage.
