NIB Massage Membership Policy

60 MIN or 90 MIN

The monthly membership fee is $109 for 60-min massage and $139 for 90-min massage, and it will be automatically charged on the same date each month as your joining date.

Membership Benefits — The membership fee covers ONE 60-minute, or 90-minute Be Well Massage (Regular Swedish Massage) and ONE Enhancement Service (Aroma Scalp Renewal, Sound Bath, Hot Stone for Back, Aroma Therapy, Jade Eye Mask and Herbal Heat Back Pillow) You can also access excluded enhancement services with a beneficial discounted rate.

Additional charges may apply for extended time/upgrading services with a discounted rate.
If you want a massage service more than once a month, the following service will be a discounted membership price.

3-Month Commitment Period —

There is a 3-month commitment period. You can cancel your membership after the 3-month commitment period.

Member Price of Facial —

The membership allows you to get any facial services at a facial member price and also redeem your massage benefits for facial services.

Membership Carry-Over —
There will be no charge for automatically carrying over your unused massages to the next month during your membership.

Membership Transfer —
We allow a transfer of massage to family members or friends for a $10 fee/each.

Membership Freeze —
You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and up to 3 months for $10 per month. During a freeze period, only $10 per month will be charged without any access to membership benefits or unused massages. Your massage membership shall resume upon the expiration of your freeze period.

Membership Cancellation —
You may cancel your membership anytime after the 3-month commitment period. however, you must use the unused massages within 30 days after the cancellation. After 30 days, accumulated massages will be automatically forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Membership Billing —

The membership will be renewed on the same date (“your purchased date”) of every month. Regardless of the automatic payment issue, the membership fee is due on a set date (your purchased date). To avoid declined payments, clients should ensure that their card information is up-to-date and that there are sufficient funds available. If clients encounter any issues with their membership payment, they can contact where you signed up. Please note that this policy is subject to change at any time.

The membership covers ONE 60 MIN I NIB Skin Glow and provides a 17% discount enabled to apply for all facial enhancements.
